Introduction:
This is a site dedicated to original inventive Bible studies. It means that all articles entered here should, in its main direction and conclusions, be original, path breaking, revolutionary and new in its concept. It takes for granted that the Holy Scriptures, as revealed in the Bible, is the basis for all revelation and construction of truth. Every other writing, testimony, and experience is only an expression of h
ow these truths are being realized and practiced and would not be considered as the final word or binding as the Holy Scriptures themselves.
All fundamental doctrines however basic they are, would not be considered for the main study, though they may be assumed to be taken for granted or mentioned in passing, as there are so many other sites with numerous extensive studies laying them down.
At the same time it cannot be presumed that what is being laid down here as articles would be the first of its kind in the whole world (though to encourage that is its mains purpose) because truth should be and would be independently arrived at by different people at different times if they would be true seekers after truth.
It also would not address to attack heresies/ false doctrines of other churches, however wrong they may be if already elsewhere it has been extensively dealt with, though it may be mentioned in passing and taken for granted that the reader considers them as wrong themselves.
As such by definition, this website does not subscribe to or patronize any denomination (needless to say it is from an evangelical and traditionally conservative Christian background) and may in fact point out many wrong practices of all denominations especially of those who profess themselves to be solely based on the Holy Bibles (if elsewhere these traditions are not pointed out as sinful and unbiblical already).
This site laments the fact that in an era while in all other fields (such as medical, surgical, engineering, biotechnology, etc) research and development has taken in strides so much so there has been an explosion of knowledge, the progress in scriptural studies itself has stagnated and been caught up in a quagmire and sad to say, retreated in many churches. In medical science, they study nanometers of anatomy and intricacies of genetic engineering. In engineering, studies have been conducted on artificial intelligence and how robots can be used to replace soldiers even in battle fields. But these same people remain blissfully unaware of the very basics of gaining a right relationship with God whom they profess to know, worship and claim as their only basis of eternal life.
The reason for the present state of affairs is because what Jesus had told about the lawyers in His time, is relevant and true even today -- The Key of Knowledge. [Luke 11:52 Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.] Clergy based theology would teach only those things that serves their own best interests, instead of the Master’s own glory. This is an attempt to stimulate and encourage Bible study at the level of the devoted worshipper of God and true seekers after truth (while not denying that there are true shepherds even among the clergy).
Any contributing article or dissent or comments could be sent to me and may be put up along with the original, depending on my discretion (forgive me for this). And their views need not necessarily reflect my own. I only ask such writers to be kind enough to include an all comprehensive picture of all the relevant verses to the topic under consideration, and handle them as much as possible from an unprejudiced and unbiased stand, a realistic and balanced one.
All the best for the true seekers after truth as God through His spirit reveals more and more light so that we may not be “... destroyed for lack of knowledge” (Hosea 4:6).
